Nachdem der Rechner verbunden war, fand das Smartphone kein ActiveSync-Profil.

Die Lösung des Problems:
Den Wert

HKLM\Software\Microsoft\Windows CE Services\SerialPort

auf COM7 setzen und neu starten.
